Please use the original shipping packaging and the original packaging material at the goods. Please add all items in your original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice, labels and any accessories, instructions, and, if applicable, the completed return form, which identifies the item to be returned and the reason for the return.
In our Retouring portal You can simply print a corresponding return label.
Just attach the return sticker to your package and enter it in a pickup point in your area.
The original shipping costs for the shipment can not be reimbursed, except in the event of a revocation in accordance with paragraph 14 of the terms and conditions. In all other cases, we will refund the shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly sent articles.
As soon as the return process is complete, you will be notified by e-mail.

A return of items you bought at Conradhasselbach.de is not possible in our store. We offer a quick and reliable return shipping procedure. Please use the free return sticker for your return, which you can easily print out in the return portal.
