CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Cancel or change your order

As long as your order has not yet been packed, you can cancel either the entire order or individual items. If you would like to have a different item instead, please place a new order.

Cancellation - step by step

Open your order overview in your customer account.
Select the order and click on "View/cancel order".
Cancel either the entire order via "Cancel order" or individual items via "Cancel item" and follow the further steps on your screen.

Cancellation no longer possible?

The order can only be canceled as long as the menu items "Cancel article" or "Cancel order" are active - after that the articles are already ready for dispatch.

However, you can return the unwanted items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order. However, you can of course place a new order with us at any time.

If you have redeemed a voucher with your order, you can unfortunately only cancel the order completely.
For completed orders, the delivery and billing address can no longer be changed. In this case, please cancel your order and place a new order to the new address.
