Conrad Hasselbach Gift vouchers can be purchased in our store. These gift vouchers are the size of a credit card and can be given to the recipient in person or by postn. Online gift vouchers are also available and can be purchased at Conradhasselbach.de and printed out directly or sent to the recipient by email.

• Online gift vouchers can be purchased in our online store.
• The possible amounts for online gift vouchers are listed in the table below.
• You can purchase online gift vouchers using any payment method accepted on Conradhasselbach.de. If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our customer service.
• No discounts or other promotions or offers apply to online gift vouchers.

Redeeming an online gift voucher

Redeeming an online gift voucher is easy:

• The online gift certificate can be used as payment or partial payment for goods you purchase on ConradHasselbach.de.
• You can also use the online gift voucher to purchase goods at a higher price than the amount shown as available on the voucher, as long as you pay the difference using a different payment method. The use of multiple online gift vouchers for a single purchase is accepted.

The maximum amounts are listed in the table below. The unused amount of the online gift card can be used for further purchases on ConradHasselbach.de.

Note:

• The online gift card can be used by the original recipient or by a third party to whom the original recipient has given the online gift card for personal use.
• Online gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes or other gift vouchers.
• If you return goods purchased using an online gift voucher, the value of the goods will only be credited to your online gift voucher.

Expiry

Online gift vouchers automatically expire 24 months after the date of issue or since they were last used. Please note that upon expiry, existing credit will be deleted and unused amounts will not be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Loss or theft of your online gift voucher

Please treat your online gift voucher as carefully as you would cash. Conrad Hasselbach will not replace lost or stolen online gift vouchers and accepts no liability for stolen or lost vouchers or for purchases made with lost or stolen online gift vouchers.
