How to return goods by parcel

When returning goods, please use the original shipping packaging and the original packaging material. Please enclose all items in their original packaging, together with a copy of your invoice, the labels and any accessories, the instruction booklets and, if applicable, the completed return form identifying the item to be returned and stating the reason for the return.

• In our returns portal you can simply print out a corresponding returns label.

• Simply attach the returns label to your parcel and hand it in at a collection point near you.

• The original shipping costs for the shipment cannot be refunded, except in the case of a withdrawal in accordance with section 14 of the GTC. In all other cases, we will refund the shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly sent items.

• As soon as the returns process is completed, you will be notified by e-mail.
