We endeavor to deliver your purchase within the following estimated delivery times:
StandardDelivery within 2 - 4 working days.
ExpressDelivery within 1 - 2 working days.
Delivery on the following working dayprovided we have received the order by 14:00.
Orders with the "Express" shipping option will be given priority and processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days.
Pick up in store
For our Hamburg customers we can also offer "local collection". When placing your order, simply select our store as the delivery address and your order will be ready for collection within 4-6 hours of placing your order. Klosterstern 2 for collection.
Please collect the goods ordered with in-store collection from us within 7 working days of placing your order. Orders not collected will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Local delivery
We can also offer courier delivery in the Hamburg city area. Please select courier delivery as a delivery option. Delivery can be made within 2-6 hours within the Hamburg city area.
Orders that fall on a public holiday will be delivered on the following 2 working days. Dhe dispatch takes place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 16:00.
There are some remote regions where we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time frames. Please contact customer service if you suspect you may be affected.
Confirmation of receipt is required upon delivery. Therefore, please choose a secure delivery address where someone is present to sign for the delivery. If no one is present, the parcel service will try to leave the shipment with a neighbor or at a collection point and will leave a notification with all the important information.
Your e-mail address will be used by us to send you a confirmation that your order has been placed or in the event that your transaction could not be completed. By providing your personal telephone number, we can contact you in the event of an order problem.
You will be asked to provide a phone number when paying on the shipping page. This is important in case the parcel service needs more information for delivery. You will also be asked to provide an e-mail address to which we will send confirmation of your order.
With all delivery options, you can track your order from the time it is dispatched until it is delivered to your door. To do this, please use the link in the shipping confirmation that we will send you by e-mail. If you are registered as a customer, you can also track your parcels via the "My account" section of our website.
