Customer account shipment tracking
If you have a registered customer account at ConradHasselbach.de, you can also easily check the status of your orders here. Simply go to "Order overview" under "My account". By clicking on the order numbers, you will receive full details of the orders, including the tracking number for your parcel.
You can also track your order by clicking on "Track orders". Simply enter the order number and zip code to view the details of your order.
A signature is required for all parcels on delivery. We therefore ask you to provide a delivery address where you or someone you trust is likely to be present at the time of delivery.
