After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find the tracking no. Your shipment as well as the name of the logistics company, with which we sent the goods to you. So you can track the status of your shipment yourself at any time. Furthermore, there is the possibility to check the shipping status in your customer account.

Of course, we will gladly deliver your order to your desired packing station. For this we need your postal number as well as the number of your packing station.

Conrad Hasselbach Shoes & Garment offers you a last minute shipping service. If you order until 15:00 and select Express Shipping at the cash register, you will receive your order until 12:00 clock on the following day.

We can offer this service only customers with a delivery address in Hamburg. Please select "Kurier delivery" as shipping method. We can offer this service from 10:00 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays. Please note that shipping is only possible if you select PayPal or credit card as payment method.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order in our shop. Just select "Click and Collect" for this purpose. You will find us at the monastery star 2 in 20149 Hamburg - Eppendorf. Our opening hours: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.

Swiss customers whose delivery and billing addresses are in Switzerland are freed from German VAT (19%). The order will be billed after the address registration without German VAT. It should be noted that with imports into Switzerland, the valid Swiss VAT (eg 8.0%) is payable. This tax is usually settled directly by the respective logistics specialist.

If an order has already been sent, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.

No problem. At the customer account Login, simply click on "Forgot password" and enter your e-mail address. Your password is then reset. You now have the opportunity to create a new password.

We accept common payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Payment in advance (bank transfer). Of course, if you have a gift certificate, you can also use it as a means of payment.

All online items must be returned to us directly. Unfortunately, no return of online orders and their processing is possible in our store.

The purchase amount will be credited to you within 14 days of receipt of your return - always according to the method of payment you chose when ordering. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the credit has taken place.
