RETURNS & REFUNDS

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from ConradHasselbach.de, you are of course welcome to return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt by following the steps described below:"

• Returns can only be accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition.

• The goods to be exchanged or returned must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging material, labels and any accessories and instruction booklets. Refunds or exchanges are not possible for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

• Please note that the return of certain items purchased on ConradHasselbach.de, such as underwear or personalized items, is not possible.

Refund 

We will of course be happy to refund the original purchase price of the returned goods. The purchase amount will be credited to you within 14 days of receipt of your return - always according to the payment method you originally selected when ordering: 

Credit card

Gift Card

Prepayment

The amount will be credited to the bank account from which you originally made the transfer. It may take up to 4 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

PayPal

The amount will be credited to the PayPal account you used. You can decide for yourself whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.

In any case, you will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the refund has been completed.
